The Tribal Gallery is a design gallery in Nairobi, Kenya. The company grew from a love of wonderful furniture and interior design, hand-in-hand with the joy of travel and discovery. The product range is drawn from and inspired by tribal cultures across Africa and Asia – pieces with their own individual charm and often unique stories and history.
A series of five 1-2 minute videos tell unique narrative fragments of the Tribal Gallery story and capture the romance of the Swahili coast that is infused in the dhow wood boats reclaimed to make elegant, contemporary furniture. The series of videos were strategically design to be published strategically across social media as native advertising.
The complementary advertorial article published in Nairobi’s Urban Perspectives (UP) Magazine positions Tribal Gallery and Nairobi itself as the beacon for high-end design in East Africa.
