Creative non-fiction: my favourite variety of words. During my role as ABC Open Producer for Southern Queensland, I developed an online voice through constant blogging. I have also written many TV scripts, including presenter links and documentary treatments.
I enjoy the challenge of photography – the simple complexity of the form. I have been commissioned by The Global Mail, ActionAid International, Amnesty International and various other clients to document stories through photography and have trained community contributors in the basics of SLR photography during my time with ABC Open.
I started my career as a television presenter and producer for the Mongolian National Broadcaster. I have since created content for Papua New Guinean television and presented the ABC Open show broadcast nationally on ABC News24. To this day, I am a C-grade celebrity across the steppes of Mongolia.
Based in an ABC Local Radio station during my role as ABC Open producer, I was able to return to the beloved craft of radio.
